About

Meg Gould

Hello! I’m Meg; originally from Maryland, I’ve lived in and loved Knoxville for the past 7 years. I came to Knox to study marketing and economics. After graduating from The University of Tennessee, I spent quarantine nannying for three young boys. While spending so much time with children, I’ve had lots of opportunities to get creative and messy! It has reminded me just how important it is to express yourself even if the final product isn’t what you originally imagine.

I’ve loved painting for as long as I can remember- watercolors at the kitchen table and child’s paint on an easel in “the computer room” are some of my earliest memories. I begged for an art studio in my parents’ basement as a thirteenth birthday gift. Today, I have one set up in my home and it’s a dream come true. I get to get lost in my paintings and creations for hours on end.

I put so much effort, emotions, and thoughts into each one of my Megsterpieces. I hope you see something worth taking a minute or two to look at.

If you‘re a small artist looking to display your work, increase your exposure, or have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me! I want to do everything that I can to help other artists follow their dreams!
